Profile
|
- As a Project Manager, you are involved in the price quote process and winning the project.
- You are responsible for proper execution of the project and you manage changes and expectations
- You are responsible for the mile stones in the project and put them into practice, by drawing up project planning, a plan of approach, scope definition and a quality plan.
- You communicate on the project and its status to all key players and lead the work groups.
- You coordinate and coach the project team.
- Finally, you ensure that the business case underpinning the project remains the guiding principle for the results delivered.

Function Requirements
|
- Bachelor or Master level
- At least 3 years of experience as project leader
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Prince2, PMBOK, SCRUM)
- Experience with change and risk management
- Knowledge of Portal & information management (SharePoint, ECM,...) Rich Internet Applications, Mobile, Cloud Computing or database solutions.
- Experience with BPM and requirements management
- Knowledge of the following sectors is a plus: Pharma, Telecom, Utilities and Government
- Knowledge of planning tools (MS Project)
- Experience with different styles of consultancy
- Leadership capacities
- You are good at planning and organising
- You have excellent communication skills
- You have a strong customer focus and service-oriented attitude
- You are an initiator of new ideas
- You have a strong analytical mentality/conceptual way of thinking
- You are flexible and stress-resistant.
