Profile
|
- As a SAP CRM Consultant, you map out business processes, by means of workshops with users.
- You carry out a fit-gap analysis during the blueprint phase of a project.
- During the execution of the project, you will be responsible the configuration, testing and documentation.
- After the go-live, you will handle the training of the end-users and after-sales service.
- You keep close tabs on new developments.
- You are capable of supporting Ordina in commercial activities such as presales and setting up demos.
- You contribute actively to knowledge development in your specialist field.

Function Requirements
|
- Master level or equivalent experience
- At least 1 years’ experience in
- ABAP, Java, HTML, OO Development, BSP, MiddleWare
- CRM Sales, Marketing or Service (Online, Mobile or Internet)
- CRM Customer Interaction Centre
- CRM Channel Management
- CRM Analytics
- SAP ERP know-how is a plus
- Relevant certificates are a plus
- You have excellent communication skills
- You have a strong customer focus and service-oriented attitude
- You are an initiator of new ideas
- You have a strong analytical mentality/conceptual way of thinking
- You are flexible and stress-resistant
