Profile
|
- As a test co-ordinator you are responsible for the co-ordination of the test operations of one or more projects, both as far as integration, system, acceptance and regression tests are concerned, and for tests in a specific domain of expertise (banking, telecom, pharmaceutical, …) at the customer site
- You are in charge of the planning, support of the test team and communication towards the project management. You prepare and administer test plans
- You maintain good relations with the project management and other parties involved
- You are also in charge of the transfer of knowledge in the organisation
- You support the business development for Ordina
- You continuously monitor the quality of the end product

Function Requirements
|
- Bachelor or Master level
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in structured testing of software
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in co-ordinating test projects
- Knowledge of one or more test methodologies (V-model, Tmap, STBox, …)
- Experience with test tools from HP (TestDirector, Winrunner, Loadrunner, QualityCenter) and/or
- Rational (ClearCase, ClearQuest, Requisite Pro, Rose, Robot) and/or
- Other vendors (TFS, Selenium, SpiraTest, SpiraTeam, ...)
- ISTQB certification is a must
- Experience in SAP testing is an asset
- Experience with agile/scrum is an asset
- You are capable of defining adequate test strategies, risks and measures to be taken
- You have experience in preparing test plans and evaluation reports
- You are capable of working in a structured way with an eye for detail according to the applicable procedures
- You aim for quality in everything you do
- You have excellent communication skills (Dutch, French, English)
- You have a strong customer- and service-oriented attitude
- You have a strong ability to think analytically/conceptually
- You are flexible and stress-resistant
- You have good coaching skills
