Profile
|
- You will assist the client in optimising planning organisation.
- You will start with inventorising the existing planning organisation and identification of bottlenecks.
- You will propose an improved organisation and support the reorganisation process; you will contribute to shaping the IT tools that the planners have at their disposal and support their implementation.
- A planning department often has a very complex and hectic environment, with a large impact on the company's profit margins.
- That is why you are very attentive to user-friendliness, simplicity, manageability, optimisation and transparent integration with surrounding systems.
- You are successful in these projects due to your substative contribution and open communication with the customer.
- Within projects, you fulfil various roles, ranging from project manager via business analyst to consultant.
- In these roles, you will frequently function as a sparring partner for the management.
- You will support the management of your unit in achieving the team's objectives.

Function Requirements
|
- Bachelor or Master level
- A number of years' experience in consultancy
- Experience with object-oriented modelling
- Experience with optimisation of processes
- Affinity for IT
- Knowledge of optimisation and algorithms
- You have excellent communication skills
- You have a strong customer focus and service-oriented attitude
- You are an initiator of new ideas
- You have a strong analystical mentality/conceptual way of thinking
- You are flexible and stress-resistant
