Ordina is a people business. Our people and their know-how determine the success of our company. It is no coincidence that we devote a lot of attention to coaching, training and development - it is a necessity.
Development
- Human talent management helps us discover, manage and develop your talents. Every manager has tools that support that process - like your personal development plan and the skills compass. Apart from that, it is largely up to you in which direction you develop. You can sign up for various training courses, that are aimed at current market needs. We will put together a package that is commensurate with your talent and ambitions.
- In a personal development plan , you describe your current and target career situation, and the development path between the two. In our skills compass, you will find every possible role at Ordina. Per role, you will receive a summary of tasks and responsibilities, behavioural skills and career prospects.
Appraisal: human performance management
At the beginning of the year, you will define together with your coach the objectives for the coming year. You will both express your expectations. After a year, three parties appraise your role-related activities and your behavioural skills: your coach, you and your customer.
Personal coach
Each employee has a personal coach. Not to improve your physical fitness - although we applaud sporting initiatives :-) - but to coach your career at Ordina. He/she supports you actively in your career choices.
Training
Ordina offers you a wide range of training courses, in-house or on secondment. So you can hone your technical and other professional skills. You can choose from training courses in ICT, personal skills, communication, sales and customer focus, and project management.
Competence centres
Ordina stimulates experts to pool their knowledge and share it with each other. That is why we set up the Ordina competence centres. Often they are focused on IT technologies like: .NET, Java, WebSphere or SAP. In a competence centre, you build up your own internal network. You will find coaching and support there for carrying out projects.
